A strategic offsite is a different thing from a generic day out. The team is away from the usual setting for a reason. A decision that has to be made, a direction that has to be agreed, a leadership team that has to get properly aligned before the next phase.
That work needs space, and the space has to be designed for it.
Teams who treat time away as a working moment, not a reward. Leadership teams that need to align before a big call. Growing teams that have got too big to keep running on the relationships they started with. Hybrid and distributed teams who rarely share a room and need the time together to count.
We work with founders, People and HR leaders, Chiefs of Staff and the operations teams who carry the brief. As more teams now work hybrid, the in-person time matters more, and the harder job is making it earn the travel rather than fill a day. That is the work we do.
Focused time away for a team with real work to get through: a strategy to agree, a direction to align on, a plan to leave behind.
The senior room away from the office, built around the decisions the team has to make before the next phase.
A full team out of the usual setting, designed so the time together counts rather than fills a day.
Longer time away, in the UK or internationally, where the destination follows the brief rather than leading it.
A brand launch built as a festival - moving 300 post-merger employees from keynote to competitive to celebration in one day.
Three phases - alignment, collaboration, celebration - built so 350 colleagues from nine countries could meet for the first time.
For a remote workforce, a winter party isn't a night out. It's the one day the company actually becomes a room.
An offsite is one of the moments where people need clarity, connection and momentum.

Most agencies start with the venue and the activity list. We start with what the time away has to achieve for the people in the room, and design the offsite back from that. The brief comes before the booking.
Strategic company offsites, leadership offsites, team away days and multi-day offsites. From a focused leadership offsite for a senior team to a full-team offsite that brings a department back together.
Cost depends on scale, venue, duration, food and audience size. Once we know what the offsite needs to achieve and the rough headcount, we can give a directional read on what to plan for.
Two to four months out for most offsites, longer for anything multi-day or international. The strongest briefs reach us before the venue is booked.
London is home and most of our work runs here or within easy reach. We deliver across the UK, and internationally when the team is spread across cities or countries. The destination follows the brief, it does not lead it.
Hybrid and distributed teams need a different design conversation. The offsite that works for a team that shares an office will not always work for one spread across cities or time zones. We design around the reality of the team, and make the in-person time earn the travel.
